Strategic acquisition expands EnerStar’s power and lighting capabilities and introduces licensed electrical services across North America

The acquisition includes generators, light towers, power distribution systems, and other related assets, as well as key personnel joining the EnerStar team. In addition, EnerStar welcomes David Haase, former CEO of High Peak Electrical, who will assume the role of Vice President – Power Division and lead the continued expansion and technical development of EnerStar’s power operations. David brings decades of leadership and technical expertise in power generation and electrical systems and holds multiple Master Electrical Licenses across the United States.
“This acquisition aligns perfectly with our long-term vision of growth, diversification, and enhanced customer service,” said Richard Kowalchuk, President and CEO of EnerStar Solutions. “By integrating High Peak’s assets and experience into our operations, we’re expanding our capabilities and adding new technical depth to our power offerings. This investment further positions EnerStar as a full-service partner for our customers’ power, lighting, and electrical needs across all regions.”
As part of this expansion, EnerStar is introducing licensed electrical services, a new capability that allows the company to deliver complete turnkey power solutions, from setup and installation through ongoing support. These services complement EnerStar’s strong foundation in generators, diesel and electric light towers, transformer racks, and power distribution units, while enhancing the company’s ability to meet complex site power requirements with in-house expertise.
Further reinforcing its commitment to innovation and sustainability, EnerStar’s product lineup has expanded to include new products such as hybrid light towers, solar-powered lighting, hybrid power modules, and sound wall lighting. These advanced technologies strengthen EnerStar’s ability to deliver efficient, environmentally conscious, and cost-effective power solutions, meeting the evolving needs of industrial and remote worksites across North America.
“Joining EnerStar represents an exciting new chapter,” said David Haase, Vice President – Power Division. “Our shared commitment to quality, service, and safety will elevate the standard for power and electrical support in the field. By combining EnerStar’s extensive network with our technical expertise, we’re creating a stronger, more capable team ready to meet the growing needs of our customers.”
EnerStar will integrate the acquired U.S. wellsite service assets into its Power Division, with David and his team bringing valuable electrical expertise that will now support all EnerStar branch locations. This acquisition further strengthens EnerStar’s leadership across North America’s major oil and gas basins, enhancing its ability to deliver complete solutions that combine innovation, efficiency, and service excellence.
